Coordinate all actions leading to the final deployment of field warranty on depot sites

**ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES**
**Key accountabilities**:
- Plan and coordinate the establishment of field modification files and any other relevant documentation, the necessary staffing as well as the purchase of associated tools and materials
- Analyze recurring failures and generate detailed technical reports to provide feedback to the engineering, quality and production departments.
- Update and follow up on the assurance PDCA.
- Validate field modification files incl. warranty procedure
- Ensure the timely deployment of all modification and optimization.
- Ensure the quality of the field modifications through selection of appropriate competences




- Communicate to all parties progress and configurations during the field modification deployment
- Ensure deployment of the field modification to all relevant components and parts incl. consignment stock and capital spares
- Support PrTCM and PrWM in all field modification related matters
- Integrate respect of EHS rules and any work-related processes
- Industrialization of the modifications according best practice
- Guarantee information flow within the warranty modification team
- Perform quality self-control
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

- Level of accuracy, maturity and applicability of final modification file
- Customer acceptance and quality level of final modification

**EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES**

- Technical knowledge, either mechanical or electrical / electronics
- General railway and Product knowledge
- EHS knowledge

- Knowledge of the PDC tool




- Skilled in creating data-driven reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for warranty processes, product returns, response time tracking, and failure analysis through Power BI.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative in pursuing departmental responsibilities
