**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a skilled and strategic Copywriter to join our growing content and creative team. You’ll play a critical role in developing copy that powers marketing campaigns, demand generation initiatives, client content assets, and the Refine Labs brand itself. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, SaaS or tech industry language, and a passion for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with demand strategists, designers, and client teams to align messaging with strategy.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with B2B buyers — especially in tech, SaaS, and enterprise environments.
- Optimize content for clarity, tone, and conversion across platforms.
- Translate data, insights, and research into meaningful content.




- Maintain and evolve the tone of voice for Refine Labs and its clients.
- Conduct interviews or light research when needed to support copy development.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in copywriting, ideally within a B2B agency, tech, or SaaS environment.
- Portfolio that showcases writing for various formats and audiences, with a strong focus on performance.
- Ability to adapt writing style and tone across brands and platforms.
- Familiarity with demand generation and B2B marketing funnels.
- Comfortable working with performance data to inform content decisions.
- Strong grammar, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
