**Job Requirements**:
- Completed university studies in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing area, especially in processes
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of IATF 16949
- Intermediate level of English
- Intermediate-level skills in product quality
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with the production team to implement continuous process improvements
- Perform data analysis and reporting to identify areas of opportunity
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in production processes
- Participate in improvement projects and the development of new products
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, process and product audits, and use statistical tools to address the top 3 issues and find systematic solutions
- Follow up on root cause analysis of process abnormalities and implement improvement measures related to customer complaints or internal problems
- Place suspicious material on hold and control the sorting process
