**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
The Tech Lead Sr will be responsible for leading development teams on Big Data projects, ensuring the implementation of scalable and efficient solutions that facilitate the collection, storage, and analysis of large volumes of data. This role is key to guiding the company’s data strategy, optimizing data flows, and ensuring data quality and integrity in complex environments.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee Big Data projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations, as well as identify opportunities for implementing data-driven solutions.
**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Over 5+ years of experience in data projects, with a special focus on Big Data and leadership roles.
- Solid experience as a Data Engineer in Big Data environments, with skills in ETL, data processing, and distributed data architectures.
- Proficiency in Big Data tools and technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and cloud databases (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).




- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to rapid changes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
