We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Program Consultant to lead strategic initiatives in learning content development and operational excellence. This is a senior-level consulting role—not a traditional Project Manager position—ideal for professionals with deep technical program execution experience and stakeholder management skills.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience leading technical teams (minimum 5 members).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in content production or software development.
- Strong background in escalation management and executive-level communication.
- Demonstrated ability in people management, prioritization, and strategic decision-making.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
- Exceptional program execution, problem-solving, and independent follow-through.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and execute end-to-end learning content development projects using Google tools and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.




- Oversee multiple initiatives within the support team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
- Own and enhance the escalation management process, including communication strategies, resolution workflows, and postmortem analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Project Managers to standardize project management practices, data collection, and reporting.
- Partner with Process Excellence teams to identify and implement continuous improvement strategies focused on operational efficiency and customer experience.
