**Qualifications**
You have a bachelors degree in computer science or related field and 5 years of Software Development Experience or a masters with 3 years of Software Development Experience
You have expertise of Core Java JEE technologies REST and containerbased technologies
Experience with backend technologies such as JDBC Kafka Springboot Hibernate JMX
Experience with SQL and relational database usage with commercialgrade databases
You have experience architecting solutions with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in mind
Expert in OO design and design patterns
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
You have proven experience as a technologist with ability to understand the requirement and design and build the solution
Experience and working knowledge of GIT is a plus
Working knowledge experience with test automation tools is a plus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software solutions in the Cards and Payments domain.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews and adhering to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.




- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software solutions.
- Document software designs technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
