We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Data Analyst Jr** to support our President and Vice President of Sales. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data, streamlining processes, and ensuring the team has what they need to drive results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update internal sheets with accurate, real-time company data (sales, churn, leads, conversions, etc.)
- Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and KPIs
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports
- Support forecasting and pipeline management by ensuring clean, accurate CRM data
- Coordinate sales team onboarding, tools access, and ongoing support
- Track and manage lead flow and assignment
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work with large files and data sets
- Ability to work in a team




- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Very organized person
- **Advanced English** (spoken and written) is essential
