**Responsibilities**:
Conciliating in resolving con
- icts related to socio-labor relations, relying on the
company's internal policies. maintaining a pleasant work environment by
collaborating with departments at all levels on discipline and performance reviews.
Additionally, providing training and guidance aimed at developing the skills
necessary to handle these situations effectively. establishing actions and
monitoring progress based on the department's key performance indicators (KPIs),
which include rotation, absenteeism, working hours, headcount, work environment,
overall performance assessments, rankings of direct personnel, and other relevant
factors.
