Job Purpose and Impact

The Food Manufacturing Sales Lead will lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Customized & Innovation customer portfolio in Food Mexico, developing and coaching a team of Strategic Account Managers to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.
In this role,



you will drive a consultative and strategic account management approach, developing deep and forward-looking understanding of customers’ strategies, needs and challenges to identify medium- and long-term growth opportunities and connect them with Cargill’s portfolio, innovation capabilities and broader expertise.
You will lead the development of multi-year customer strategies and Joint Business Plans, mobilizing cross-functional, regional and general capabilities to deliver differentiated customer solutions and expand the portfolio across Oils & Fats, Sweeteners, Starches & Texturizers and other relevant Cargill capabilities.
