We are currently seeking a Business Manager to join our team.
A strong commercial orientation is required for prospecting new clients, as well as negotiation skills to secure new projects and the strategic and operational management of a team, ensuring their recruitment, development, and performance within the organization.
- The role also encompasses the financial management of the project, including profitability control, with the goal of optimizing the area's economic results. It also includes teamwork with different areas, including recruitment, organizational development, and technical management.
Activities:
Ensure the opening of new accounts.
Generate a prospecting pipeline for potential clients.
Present and sell the company's services to clients.
Responsible for leading projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsible for providing the necessary resources for projects.
Generate an action plan to achieve objectives.
**Requirements**:




Training in Engineering (automotive, mechanical, industrial, or similar).
Minimum of one year of experience in sales (prospecting, client follow-up). It is a plus if you have specific experience in selling engineering services.
Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and results-oriented skills.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Conversational English.
Experience in business development, recruitment and management, and profit center management.
Challenge-driven and results-oriented.
Interested in client relations and team management.
