We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager**to join our team and lead complex projects with tight timelines and multiple moving parts.
In this role, you will utilize your problem-solving skills, manage resources effectively, and ensure the successful execution of tasks while mitigating risks. You will work cross-functionally with teams to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and track the progress of teams on a weekly basis and present status updates to management through dashboards or presentations
- Assist in overseeing SCRUM processes across multiple IT teams when required
- Identify and track risks and progress for projects across multiple IT teams
- Communicate and collaborate with leads from other teams, including Software Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams
- Develop and articulate detailed implementation plans, managing dependencies effectively
- Gather and incorporate feedback from teams to improve processes and project outcomes
- Participate in regular reviews and provide management with project updates
- Capture and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in the tech industry, preferably in LMS, EdTech, or EDU domains
- Minimum of 2 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of five or more members
- Experience participating in at least two full project cycles or involvement in multiple phases of the development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Proficiency in using Jira for tracking and managing projects
- Proven ability to interact effectively with customer stakeholders in face-to-face settings
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving discussions to actionable outcomes
- Strong skills in presentation, organization, and reporting
- Expertise in planning and executing projects in cross-functional, multi-team environments
- Ability to manage stakeholders across teams and functional areas
- Experience creating and maintaining project documentation and reporting
- Documented experience with defining project scope, timelines, and milestones
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative while working collaboratively with others
- Strong self-discipline and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience working with tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Oracle Field Service
- Background in the telecommunications industry
- Experience in IT operations or setting up IT operations from scratch
- Proven ability to solve problems in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments
- Experience working in highly integrated cross-functional teams composed of technical and non-technical members
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in rapidly changing environments
