Remote Property Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Location: Remote (Based in Mexico)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday (Versátil hours, weekends/evenings off*)
Some light on-call availability may be required
**About Us**:
We’re a small but growing remote team that manages residential rental properties in Toronto, Canada. With 7 buildings under our care, we prioritize tenant satisfaction, smooth operations, and strong communication with our maintenance crew.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with our Spanish-speaking maintenance team
- Support rent collection and basic financial/admin tracking
- Help keep our property management systems and records organized
- Collaborate with our fully remote team and report updates regularly
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong customer service and administrative experience




- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in property management is a plus, but not required
- Based in Mexico, with reliable internet and availability during Canadian business hoursWhat
