**Your Tasks**:
- Set direction for the MU as a member of the MU leadership team and ensure the execution of the MU strategy together with the LT
- Sets direction for MU HR in line with General and Regional people strategy, plans and objectives.
- Functional leader to HR team members. Guide, motivate and develop HR Team members in the MU
- Assist in shaping the Global People Strategy, setting goals, and defining overall KPIs in close collaboration with the Global CoEs
- Act as a strategic partner to the Management Team and providing executive coaching and counsel to leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, communication strategy, and employee engagement impacts
- Custodian of approved HR policies and processes in the MU, ensure effective communication, facilitate the HR compliance in the MU. Benchmark/revise with latest developments in the market
- Drive a One Team mentality to foster unity and collaboration across teams in the MU beyond reporting lines
- Responsible to build a culture in line with our vision of Beiersdorf is the best skin care company in the world.
- Build a robust and diverse leadership pipeline
- Strategic owner of the People Roadmap in CAMEX, agenda, vision, strategy and transformational leader. Change Management key player.
- Accountable of People Cost Planning and organizational design.
**Your Profile**:




- 10+ years’ experience in an HR capacity with Solid knowledge in all HR processes, preferably in multinational company.
- Proven capability in delivering HR strategy, policy and plans in alignment with business needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as stakeholder management.
- Strong business partner and relationship building capabilities across a diverse international group.
- Experience in leading cross-functional HR team.Language proficiency: Fluent Spanish and English
