**DESIGN AND RELEASE ENGINEER (Hybrid in CDMX)**:

**YOUR ROLE**:
- Design, specification, testing, validation and release of Propulsion Systems components for assigned vehicle families, including failure analysis and resolution, and cost reduction proposals.
- Documentation management for component changes (Change Notices, Forever Requirements), including authorization of necessary testing (DVP&R;) and creation/updating of DFMEA documents.
- Component development with suppliers according to "Source Package" process, coordinating DFMEAs and PFMEAs, and verifying manufacturing processes before mass production release.
- Technical support to assembly plants and service teams, including resolution of durability and functionality issues, and creation of technical service bulletins.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- **Conversational English**skills (B2, C1, C2 level)
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Electro-mechanical, etc.
- **2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in automotive**industry in Product Development related position.
- Technical expertise in **Internal Combustion Engine components and systems**, including knowledge of thermodynamics and automotive systems integration.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software, specifically **NX and/or CATIA**, for designing engine components, brackets, and structural elements.
- Experience in **product validation, testing methodologies,



and failure analysis**within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and **problem-solving**skills, combined with effective **communication**abilities to present technical ideas and work collaboratively in teams.
