**Job Description Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Support the development of bilingual thought leadership content, including short video scripts, research briefs, and presentation materials.
- Assist in localizing global research by adapting data, currency, and trends to reflect the Mexican and Latin American context.
- Conduct desk research on market trends, public policy, and investor behaviour to inform strategic initiatives.
- Help coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams in the US and abroad, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Contribute to partnership strategy efforts, including mapping potential partners and preparing briefing materials.
- Assist in planning and logistics for leadership visits and enterprise-level initiatives.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers to support internal projects and project management.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
**Qualifications**:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).




- Currently in the final semesters of a degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and general teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in financial education, public policy, and Latin American markets, as well as prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
