**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Register, process and invoice orders in SAP from Customers in Mexico and Central America; keep them informed about the status so we can deliver their order correctly and on time. These orders can be supplied either from NVS MX or from our plants from DK, US and BR.
- Front office representative for drop shipments (orders supplied from BR, DK, US to the final customer)
- Keep in touch with the customers to inform them about their open orders; shipment status, needed documents or another info related to customer care.
- Share the needed documents with our customers for customs clearance at destination.
- Be in contact with replenishment local planners (located in BR) to assure that the internal POs are placed per our customer’s needs.
- Coordinate along with warehouse colleagues local shipments.
- In case there is a product devolution, register and process the goods return on the system and create a credit note.
- In case of product dispensation, the procedure described in Enzymes QMS (quality) must be followed.
- To be in continuous contact with finance department regarding customers e-invoices and payments, in order to follow up on blocked orders if applicable.
- Register customer complaints on salesforce, as soon as we receive a notification about one.




- Encourage and provide training to our Customers to use our NZmarket to print certificates, get more info from our products and place new orders.
- Keep in touch with colleagues from Denmark, Brazil and USA regarding customer care issues regarding their open orders.
**Reporting Lines**
Supply Chain Supervisor - MX
**Education**
bachelor’s degree (Foreign Commerce, Administration, Logistics)
English (Advanced level)
Computer Software knowledge (Microsoft office)
**Job Experience**
Imports/Exports
Customer Service - related to logistics topics
Contact with local and foreign customers
SAP knowledge (preferably but not mandatory)
Incoterms
