**Where you will work**:
Queretaro | Parque Industrial O'Donnell
**What you’ll do**:
- Ensure compliance with OEM-specific invoicing requirements, including EDI standards and delivery schedules.
- Provide support the O2C team with disputes related to pricing, delivery discrepancies, and chargebacks in coordination with customer service and supply chain teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DSO, collection effectiveness, and unapplied cash.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and process improvement teams to implement automation and system enhancements.
**What is required**:




- Bachelor Degree in Finance, or accounting
- Master degree in business or related preferred, not required
- Minimum 3-5+ years O2C
- Prior Supervisory experience is required
- Advance English written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
