PK Education is currently seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and proactive Secondary Teaching Assistants to join our team for the new academic year.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you ll be working alongside teachers and other support staff to create a positive and productive learning environment. Your role will be varied and rewarding, with the opportunity to make a real difference every day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class support to students across KS3 and KS4
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Offer one-to-one or small group interventions when required




- Support students with additional needs, including SEND
- Promote positive behaviour and a safe, respectful learning environment
- Help with administrative tasks and classroom organisation
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based experience desirable)
- A genuine passion for education and student development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is desirable but not essential
- A valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one through PK Education
