You Will Make an Impact By:
- Support Purchasing team on creating reports and align the reports information into KPIS.
- Help update date changes in Oracle or SAP daily.
- Creating and sending out reports.
- Support extraordinary activities like teambuilding, visitors or coordinate the agendas.
- Support the calendar of events at the location.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 5% of Travel is required.
Skills You Bring:
- Level of formal education: Still student on a Major on Business or Supply Chain Management.
- Years of job-related work experience = 0 years of experience
- Required Experience or Technical Skill 1, using SAP or ORACLE or EPICOR suitable but no need they will be trained in the office.
- Required Experience or Technical: Microsoft Excell and Power Point and Word.
Preferred Skills:
- Managing computers and softwares
- English written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Teams, Excell, Word, Power point and Outlook.
