**Senior Power BI Consultant - Fully Remote in Mexico**
Join our team in the IT sector as a **Senior Power BI Consultant** to support a short-term, high-impact project. We are looking for a professional with advanced technical skills and excellent communication abilities to collaborate closely with clients and team members.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on data-related queries and Power BI.
- Monitor and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to support data needs.
- Optimize and improve existing dashboards, reports, and pipelines.
- Implement and enforce data governance and security measures.
**Technical Skills Required**:
- 5+ years of experience in data and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Gateway, and Power BI Mobile.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.




- Experience with SQL and working knowledge of Big Query (plus).
- Experience in data modeling, data blending, and data transformation.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries with joins, subqueries, and aggregations.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in DAX for advanced calculations.
- Knowledge of wholesale/retailer business is a plus.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong communication skills and leadership.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) - Advanced level (non-negotiable).
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively.
**Working Conditions**:
- 100% remote position based in Mexico.
- Project duration: 1 month with the possibility of extending
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mexico time).
- Salary: $50,000.00 MXN net. to $70,000.00 MXN net.
