**Mobile QA Automation Engineer (iOS & Android)**
**Location**: Avenida Santa Fe, Mexico City (across from La Mexicana Park)
**Work Modality**: On-site
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Base salary: 30,000 MXN net per month
- Quarterly performance-based bonus

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for native iOS and Android apps.
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to define test strategies and scenarios.
- Ensure end-to-end coverage for UI, functional, regression, and smoke testing.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and document defects clearly.
- Optimize existing test frameworks and processes.




- Maintain detailed test documentation and contribute to QA metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in mobile QA automation.
- Experience with Detox, Appium with WebdriverIO, Espresso, or XCUITest.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
- Comfortable in fast-paced Agile environments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
**Nice to Have**:
- Knowledge of cloud device farms (BrowserStack, SauceLabs).
- Experience with performance, security, monitoring, or accessibility testing tools.
- Background in fintech or other regulated industries.
