- Achieve On-time delivery targets Oversee MPS creation and monthly production handshake Convert customer demand (Sales Orders) into a production schedule (netting out on-hand FG inventory and available machine/labor capacity) Minimize line disruptions and prevent materials-related line downs Effectively manage inventory to meet ITO, DOS, and E/O targets Oversee purchasing activities to ensure MRP messages are followed, exposure is minimized, and PPV is minimized, past due orders are tracked and minimized Oversee critical processes including Sourcing Team escalation, CCN, MOQ/EOQ BSM escalation, std cost verification, etc. Participate in cost-reduction and CPI programs Oversee performance to inventory targets and exposure guidelines Monitor PPV Oversee performance to Quarantine resolution Evaluate and manage by metrics




Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g., Business, Engineering, Management, etc. Two to Three years of progressive Supply chain/Materials/Procurement/Planning/ Inventory control management Experience gained within manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge in ERP systems Strong and analytical and organizations skills
