**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts.
- Lead recruitment and management of engineering teams.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Conduct financial management and oversight for profit centers.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee project execution.
**Qualifications**:




- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business management, preferably in engineering or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English;
