**Position Overview**
- _Ensure the supply of materials, raw materials, packaging material, equipment and tools based on consumption specifications, quality, quantity and time required for their supply. Provide support to production to confirm material arrival dates. Work in conjunction with the Engineering and Quality team to seek substitute and/or replacement materials to mitigate delays in delivery of materials, raw material, packaging material, equipment and tooling required._
**What you'll do**
- _Responsible for negotiating prices, volumes, delivery times, packaging and payment terms._
- _Follow up on the entire purchasing process from receipt of purchase requisition, supplier search, price negotiation, delivery times, supplier development, comparison charts, ERP/MRP administration,



update of material arrival dates in the system. _
- _Control and follow-up of suppliers. Updating of systems (GP, ePIC, qDOC), files (Planning Detail, Tiger Team, Open POs, Open Invoices, Oversold tracking, Stockout report, Power BI, etc.)._
- _Reporting, monitoring of orders that are filled on schedule with suppliers._
- _Verify the update of the supplier catalog._
- _Tracking of RTV and credit notes._
- _Support to Supplier Quality team for follow-up and closure of NCR (non-conformities)._
- _Generation and release of purchase orders to suppliers. _
- _Administration, control and update of MRP/ERP system. _
- _NCR follow-up _
- _Tracking of RTV and credit notes_
- _Register suppliers in the system and follow up of SKU's creation in the system._
- _Weekly supplier management and tracking_
- _Production support _
- _New project team support _
- _Stockout report creation and follow up_
- _Oversold Tracker Update and Maintenance _
- _Polar (Oversold + Temp. Unavailable) update and maintenance. _
- _Creation and tracking of deviations in system and production._
**Who you are**
- _Degree in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain, administration, foreign trade or related field. _
- _3 years in similar position. _
- _Experience in purchasing plastic components, aluminum extrusion, hardware, stamped metal parts, packaging material, fabrics. _
- _Negotiation experience._
- _Experience in MRP/ERP management._
- _Customer service oriented._
- _Advanced Excel._
- _Advanced English._
