At Versalis, we are looking for an Operations & Sales Manager within Versalis Mexico in Villahermosa. You will be the primary reference for all Versalis customers and ultimately responsible for the Versalis Mexico field chemicals business, covering both operational support (plant start ups, new product field trials, assessing the performance of chemical treatments, assessing the performance of sub-contractors) as well as business development responsibilities. You will report to the Specialty Oilfield Chemicals Unit Manager.

Main responsibilities:
- Supervise chemical treatments and associated services/resources for Versalis clients.
- Manage service requests with subcontractors and coordinating their activities accordingly.
- Be the direct interface with Versalis customers across the region, managing queries related to technical questions, product performance issues, price quotes, contracts, and logistics.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan with the objective of achieving the annual sales targets for defined accounts across the territory.
- Identify additional sales opportunities with existing accounts
