Our Tutors, better known as **Instructors** at Tripleten, are role models for students studying on our programs. They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to be a great professional. They guide students through the program and into their future careers, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within the marketing, tech,



or customer success.
- Solid understanding of business process improvement, with a working knowledge of how AI and automation can streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students.
- Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development.
- Clear and confident communicator who can explain technical or complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Willing to work full-time aligned with US time zones.
- Bonus: Experience working directly with stakeholders or clients to identify needs, pitch solutions, and drive adoption of automation tools.
What you will do:
**What will you do as an Instructor?**
- Attending pitch sessions where students present their AI-based automation solutions to simulated business challenges.
- Giving students constructive, specific feedback on both their technical solutions (logic, feasibility, use of AI tools) and their presentation/delivery skills (clarity, business impact, communication).
- Guiding students through common automation use cases using AI (e.g., automating customer support,



streamlining workflows, data extraction, etc.).
- Hosting or participating in educational events, such as webinars, mock presentations, or feedback workshops.
- Sharing your industry knowledge and best practices, helping students understand how to present and deliver automation solutions in a business context.

- Salary $2,300 - $2,500 Monthly
- free in-house training on how to be a great Instructor and role model for students, choose the appropriate tone of voice when communicating with students, improve soft skills
