**NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY| PLANT HR GENERALIST LABOR RELATIONS**
**REYNOSA, TAMPS**
Your task will be:
- Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws.
- Attention and monitoring of problems, complaints,



suggestions, attention and resolution of labor cases with the staff.
- Programs to reduce turnover, absenteeism, and delays.
- Prepare statistical reports on absenteeism, turnover and Headcount.
- Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of personnel movements plant, shift and department transfers
- Coordinate in time and form the services to the personnel.
- Leadership in Human Resources initiatives
- Follow-up on complaints and demands.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 3 years of experience as similar position
- Conversational English
- Knowledge of Federal Labor Law
- Knowledge Nom035
- Negotiation with unions
- Good communication skills
