**What do you do**:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible of the design, development, modification and analysis of manufacturing processing, products and devices. Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems with existing processes or products, Identifies areas for improvement and makes modifications to the processes as needed to ensure high levels of manufacturing, product quality and productivity. Evaluates and recommends design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes.
**Qualifications You Must Have**:
- Bachelor degree in engineering.
- 4+ years as ME in a Metal Mechanic environment.
- English advanced
- Read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings/models.
- Develop product manufacturing documentation/procedures (Such as standard work instructions, visual aids, trainings,
set-up cards).
- Engineering change implementation from concept to product validation
- Train production personnel on product forming/assembly process and provides “on the floor” technical support as required.
- Manufacturing operations sequence definition and BOM Creation
- Standard tooling knowledge and tooling selection
- Liaison with Design group for tooling design changes and/or product change
- Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma tools usage
- PPAP knowledge such as Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA
- Industrial and CAPEX management knowledge
- CATIA V5- 3D Models interpretation and cad drawing and assembly
- Project management skills
**Qualifications We Prefer**:
- 1+ years as ME in a NPI environment.
- Automotive or Aerospace industry.
