**Company Background**:

**Requirements**:
- Background in operations, data analytics, finance or related business experience
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and business productivity tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL with bonus for basic programming knowledge (Python preferred)
- Strong interest or familiarity with AI tools, including but not limited to flagship LLM models, coding agents, and automation/workflow agents
- Familiarity with key commercial terms of legal contracts
- Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn
- Strong interest in Bitcoin Mining industry
**Responsabilities**:
- You will wear many hats in this role, driving impact across the company
- Manage and maintain Luxor’s CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, proper workflows, and connection to analytics/KPIs across multiple business lines
- Support contract lifecycle management




- Optimize efficiency of existing business lines and operational processes through automation and/or development of internal tools
- Build KPI tracking/analytics using our internal databases and external data sources to drive insights for sales, marketing and strategy
- Secondarily support other business operations functions, which may include legal, AML compliance, operational security, & managing Luxor’s fleet of self-mining ASICs
