In this role, you will have a direct impact on the maintenance processes and operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure smooth maintenance activities._

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance team _
- Support the implementation of maintenance processes and procedures _
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activities _
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality _
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation _
- Daily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required. _
- Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating condition _
- Document maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reports _
- Setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 5S principles. _
- Manage maintenance schedule priorities and independently tracking inventory of spare parts while executing work to meet company deliverables _
- Carry out down time analysis related to SMT machines_
**_YOU MUST HAVE _**




- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar role _
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes _
- Experience of SMT Equipment (DEK Machine, Panasonic Pick & Place, Heller and AOI Koh Young) _
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills _
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills _
- Experience in the manufacturing industry _
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques _
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software _
- Leadership and team management skills _
- Continuous improvement mindset _
- Mid-Level English (Reading and Writing is necessary) _
- High school diploma or equivalent _
- Proficiency in IPC 610_
