Jr Network Engineer

Job Summary

The Jr Network Engineer supports the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of network infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient connectivity across the organization. This role works closely with senior network engineers, infrastructure teams, and service providers to support daily operations, troubleshoot network issues, and contribute to network improvement initiatives.



The position also supports the adoption of modern automation and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility, accelerate issue resolution, and strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and network security infrastructure.
- Assist in troubleshooting network incidents, connectivity issues, and performance problems.
- Monitor network availability, alerts, logs, and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support implementation, testing, and documentation of network changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support projects, upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives.
