Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the daily execution of Wholesale activities ensuring adherence to established processes,
identifying operational improvement opportunities, supporting audits for quality assurance, and fostering a culture of
accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
This role provides guidance, coaching, performance management, and operational support to ensure quality, productivity,




and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.

Key Task Time
- Lead, supervise, and support daily operations with an efficient job distribution, ensuring tasks are

accurately processed, executed, and documented according to regulatory and company requirements
- Perform operational agent activities while taking ownership of process monitoring, quality

control, and overall process performance. Perform continuous validations and audits to ensure quality and mitigation of operational risk
- In charge of producing the operational metrics, productivity, quality and performance while
- Implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Act as the primary escalation point for Dealers, DFMs, Sales, Credit, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
