**We’re looking for a headhunter — someone who can fill our pipeline with high-performing sales reps, appointment setters, door-to-door warriors, and sales managers who can dominate from day one.**

**What You’ll Do**
- **Hunt, source, and close top-tier sales talent — call center reps, door-to-door pros, and sales managers.**:
- **Poach from competitors, tap into social media, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, and sports/military alumni networks.**:
- **Pitch our roles with confidence and urgency — you’ll sell the opportunity as hard as our sales reps sell our product.**:
- **Screen for grit, money motivation, and performance DNA so only killers make it to our managers.**:
- **Track and hit aggressive weekly hiring quotas — no slow movers here.**:
- **Build repeatable recruiting systems so the pipeline never runs dry.**
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Bilingual (English & Spanish) - must be able to recruit across the U.S. & Latin America.**:




- **Proven high-volume recruiting experience — ideally in sales, call centers, or D2D.**:
- **Comfort working under strict KPIs and deadlines.**:
- **Resourcefulness — you know how to find people when job boards fail.**:
- **Thick skin and competitive mindset — you thrive in urgency and pressure.**
