**Your Mission**
- **Fill the pipeline with hungry, competitive field sales reps — closers and appointment setters.**:
- **Use creative sourcing: job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach.**:
- **Sell the opportunity like a pro — get the best talent excited and committed fast.**:




- **Run interviews that test resilience, sales skill, and culture fit in under 20 minutes.**:
- **Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and deliver on deadlines.**:
- **Track results and double down on what works.**
