The Role and What You’ll Do:
TKO Holdings is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Partnership Sales to lead commercial growth across Mexico and the broader Latin American region. Based out of the UFC Performance Institute in Mexico City, this role is a critical member of TKO’s Global Partnerships team, responsible for driving new business across UFC, WWE, AAA Lucha Libre, and Zuffa Boxing.
- Develop and execute a strategic sponsorship sales plan for Mexico and Latin America across all TKO properties.
- Identify, pitch, and close new brand partnerships with a focus on multi-platform integration and long-term value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, marketing, partnership marketing & activation) to structure custom partnership packages and ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and consistently meet and exceed yearly sales targets.
- Represent TKO at key industry events, client meetings, and partner activations across the region.
- Provide market insight, brand intelligence,



and commercial recommendations to the SVP and broader global sales team.
- Serve as the local point of contact for brand partners, ensuring strong relationships and renewal potential.
You Have These:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partnership or sponsorship sales within the sports, media, or entertainment industries.
- Proven ability to secure six
- and seven-figure sponsorship deals with regional and global brands.
- Strong understanding of the commercial landscape across Mexico and Latin America, including market-specific brand categories and agency networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (Spanish and English fluency required).
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing integral team.
- Passion for combat sports, entertainment, and innovation in brand storytelling.
