- Monday - Friday: Availability between 7 am - 7 pm (Time when the account is open but every person will work 8 hours with 1 lunch hour)
- On site: Avenida Universidad #2727, Parques de San Felipe 31203 Chihuahua, Chihuhaua
- Salary: 16,000 mxn brutos mensuales + prestaciones de ley
Responsabilities:
- Listen to customer needs and concerns while demonstrating empathy. Resolve issues by clarifying problems, researching solutions, and implementing appropriate actions. Process requests by gathering necessary information and completing transactions.



Identify opportunities to promote service and explain our products.
- Maintain accurate records in the call center database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Stay updated on job knowledge through educational opportunities.
- Perform all additional duties as assigned.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
- English Level B2-C1+
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn.
- Capable of meeting goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating efficiency and flexibility.
- Proficient in computer skills, with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
