**A leading real estate private equity firm based in Miami is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Asset Management Associate to join its offices in Mexico City.**
This is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for representing the property, overseeing external managers, leasing teams, and capital projects. The position also involves frequent travel to the U.S. to supervise on-site execution and ensure standards are met.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead asset management for assigned properties, serving as ownership’s representative.
- Oversee and manage third-party property managers and leasing teams.
- Conduct regular property visits across U.S. markets to evaluate operations and capital projects.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize asset value.
- Review financial performance of the properties and suggest improvements to implement.
- Lead capital improvement projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Prepare asset and portfolio-level reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.
**Job Qualifications and Requeriments**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Finance, Economics.




- 2-5 years of relevant real estate, construction or management experience.
- Understanding of real estate operations.
- Full fluency in English required (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must have a valid passport and visa.
