- Install and configure software and hardware. - Manage network servers and tools. - Setup accounts and workstations. - Monitor performance and maintain systems per requirements. - Troubleshoot issues and outages. - Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. - Upgrade systems with new releases. - Develop and train users to to maintain efficiency and security of technologies. - Contribute technical knowledge to shared internal technical documentation. - Contributes ideas and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of technologies. - Keep up to date with latest technologies, software, and hardware.
Experiência y requisitos
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. - Experience with LAN, WAN, patch management, Windows Operating systems (including Server), familiar with linux is a plus. - Able to identify computer hardware and components and identify sources of issues. - Install networking equipment (switches, routers, patch cable, access points,



- Knowledge of system security (intrusion detection systems), data recovery, and system logging. - Ability to create scripts and batch files (PowerShell, bash, python, perl, or other language). - Experience with automation is a plus. - Familiar with various operating systems and platforms. - Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. - Excellent communication skills. - Certificates or degrees relating to Information Technology, Computer Science. - Minimum 5 years experience. - VISA.
