Key Responsibilities:
- Legal advice on complex matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, financial, commercial and business development.- Assist in the legal structuring of financing projects, including risk analysis, regulatory compliance, and contractual documentation.- Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives.- Support the Legal team in Mexico on cross-functional initiatives.- Monitor relevant regulatory and legislative changes that may impact the company’s operations.
- Qualifications:
- Law degree; license to practice law in Mexico.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial and financial law, preferably in the energy sector.- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, financing structures,



and applicable regulations.- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
