ISP HR Analyst Role Profile
Purpose of Role
In this role, you will support the organization by analyzing HR data, optimizing processes, and providing insights that contribute to data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with various HR functions and business units to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness in all HR-related activities.

ISP Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR-related data (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, compensation, engagement) to identify trends and improvement areas
- Support HR reporting and dashboard creation for internal stakeholders and leadership




- Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Monitor key HR metrics and ensure data integrity across systems
- Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Assist in performance management cycle coordination and tracking
- Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
