**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Provide comprehensive legal & integrity support within Hitachi Energy Mexico
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements under supervision.
- Support corporate governance activities, including preparation and filing of corporate documents and follow-up with authorities.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of integrity and compliance programs, policies, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate integrity programs (anti-corruption, data privacy, business integrity, conflicts of interest).
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.




- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel for legal matters in Mexico.
- Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**Your Background**:
- Law degree with valid professional license.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interest in corporate law, contracts, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous internship or experience in corporate law, compliance, or contracts (desirable but not mandatory).
