The Project Manager Senior at Donaldson is a key contributor within the Global Mobile Solutions Organization responsible for development and execution of projects. This role will help the Global Ops Strategy team determine the best fit for the existing and future business opportunities to provide the best cost option, or service levels to our customers. The focus of this role will be balanced between data analysis, product transfers and special projects.
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary resource to coordinate projects that support point of manufacturing decisions, footprint utilization, supply chain optimization and product transfers- Support strategic alignment between general, regional, and site Operational strategies as needed to support business growth trajectory,



customer service expectations and optimize cost.- Create and manage processes that support the project execution.- Conduct data analysis and oversee the execution of key decisions.- Develop and validate Total Landed Cost strategies for key products.- Provide updates to Key stakeholders, manage KPIs, and oversee overall project execution metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree- 3+ years of manufacturing or related experience (engineering, quality, etc..) experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- APIC/CPIM certifications are preferred- PMP certification would be preferred- Experience in other Operations disciplines, i.e. Production, Logistics, Engineering, etc.
