ART & Titles Supervisor
ART and Titles Supervisor
Purpose:
ART and Titles is responsible for the strategy of the DTFS Accounts Reconciliation and Title Administration leaders and agents to provide first class service to our small business, national, specialty equipment, fleet, and brand partner customers. This role will provide leadership and motivate the teams to exceed service levels that promote increased CSI/DSI scores and foster an environment of excellence. Responsible for all aspects of timely and accurate posting of customer payments via all payment channels and, when applicable, the release of the security interest (title) to the appropriate parties. In addition, this role is accountable for providing oversight to all title administration functions and vendors for the purpose of ensuring DTFS’ security interest is guaranteed in all assets financed to mitigate risk of loss for non-perfection. This role will have the unique opportunity to participate in and drive the renovation of all title/security interest processing for DTFS.
- Activities:
- Strategy: Develop and execute a realistic and comprehensive strategy for areas of responsibility. This includes workflow design, staffing, scheduling, and assigning workload as necessary. Identify opportunities for improvement to processes/services and collaborate with business partners across the organization to drive strategic changes forward. Ensure alignment with the organizations DE&I; initiatives, Engage Surveys, and digitalization strategies. Represent team and department interests on applicable strategic initiatives. Drive the renovation of title and security interest processing for the DTFS portfolio.
- Personnel Management: Handle all aspects of personnel management including talent selection, training, communication of expectations, coaching and developing employees; monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job performance.
- Daily Operations: Responsible for establishing the strategy for meeting operational goals and using KPIs to monitor and manage performance. Handle escalated issues as they arise and provide guidance on appropriate steps to resolve. Identify and communicate risks to the leadership team and develop remediation plans when necessary. Communicate key performance information to the leadership team and ensure adherence to compliance standards as related to documented policies and procedures and process flows
- Vendor Relations:
Responsible for maintaining and managing all vendor relationships for the Client Services’ Title Administration and Account Reconciliation areas. This includes monitoring vendor performance to ensure adherence to agreed upon service levels and overseeing ongoing due diligence to ensure vendors’ adherence to regulatory laws.
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within a fast-paced internal service or operations environment.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

- Able to motivate, mentor, and hold team members accountable while maintaining a supportive environment.
