**Purpose**
- Provide regulatory support to internal and external customers to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines. You will report to the Senior Regulatory Manager.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Regulatory Support
- Provide internal customers with compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious time frame to meet integral commercial, creation, and research projects
- Provide sales support in commercializing assigned products
- Identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities
- Work with commercial teams as guided to provide regulatory support




- Assist regulatory managers as assigned
- Processes Management
- Develop and implement routine processes
- Manage request logs
- Customer Support
- Create customer documents
- Identify issues relevant to customer opportunities
- Develop a relationship with assigned customer contacts
- Obtain knowledge of assigned customer requirements
- People Management
- Provide guidance to Jr. Specialists
- Train junior department staff members
**Academic Background**
- University / Bachelor's Degree in food, biological, or physical sciences
**Professional Experience**
- 2+ years of related regulatory experience
**Technical Skills**
- Good English, local language essential
- Working knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
- Experience with components of business processes and internal systems
- Basic knowledge of regulatory systems
