**What will you do?**
Support vehicle engineering in the Implementation of the Quality Requirements. Monitor consistency to Global Metric Definitions and Performance. Maintain documentation of Launch Manufacturing Quality Readiness Reviews. Actively participate in Plant Quality Manager Meetings & Launch Quality Manager Meetings.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage projects as requested from Quality Shop Director.
- Executive Leadership in a subtle and professional manner.
- Present the Assembly Plant and Engineering Staff with clear problem definition, technical mentorship on complex problems, and regular updates on progress.
- Proficiency and knowledge of the elements of the GM Quality
- Support Launch of new products in the plant when applicable.
- Maintain updates to Quality Requirements
- Maintain Quality Requirement deviations from plants.
- Maintain Cost of Quality reports by Plant
- Creation and management of work teams to achieve solutions within the core business
- Facilitate the review of the quality wall on the PPO vehicle
- Line support and process assistance
- Ensure that a quality evaluation is conducted and that all issues are contained/resolved.
- Manage the captured test fleet and handle all issues to be contained/resolved.
Participate in CPIT meetings and drive JD Power and warranty improvement initiatives.
Prepare program updates for Product Development Quality Leadership.
- 4 Core Business Areas: Supplier quality assurance at the plant, warranty issue attention and resolution management, RED X analysis and production line support.

**Additional Job Description**
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or any other related engineering field or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- English Advanced
- Tools & Skills: PRTS, CPTS, RED X, ISO 9001,



QMS (Quality Management System), GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), 3D Modeling - NX
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Ability to coach, teach and audit elements of GM Quality Manual and GMS BIQ Principle and Elements.
- Proficiency and knowledge of the requirements in the Integral Quality Manual.
- Managerial Courage to provide direct, honest, constructive feedback to Plant Staffs
- Teamwork and collaboration / Effective communication
