**The Role**:
- We are looking for a **highly motivated Account Supervisor** to join our growing team in Mexico City. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in integrated communications and client management who is eager to lead dynamic teams and support strategic storytelling across earned, owned, and paid media.
- As an Account Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing day-to-day activities, and overseeing campaign development and execution. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to new business initiatives, and ensure that all work meets Edelman’s standards of excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead strategic planning and execution of communications programs for key accounts across multiple channels.
- Serve as the daily point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Manage internal teams and workflows to ensure high-quality,



on-time deliverables.
- Oversee media relations strategy and execution, including proactive outreach and message development.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, digital, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs; provide regular performance reports to clients.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
**Qualifications**:
- 4-6 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related agency roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder client relationships.
- Strong media relations skills and understanding of the Mexican media and influencer landscape.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire junior team members.
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (English is essential for international client communication).
