We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex hospitality development projects across the Caribbean, with a focus on destinations such as the Bahamas, St. Lucia, Barbados, and Jamaica.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in hotel construction and stakeholder management, capable of driving end-to-end delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule integrity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead full-cycle project delivery, from pre-construction through handover
- Manage general contractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee budget control, capital expenditure approvals, and cost estimate reviews




- Ensure construction quality and compliance with international hospitality standards
- Facilitate client meetings, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across regions
- Support design optimization and value engineering initiatives
- Navigate complex regulatory environments and cross-border logistics
- Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols on-site
- Lead project close-out and operational transition to hotel operators
**Qualifications** Education/Experience**:
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including hotel development in the Caribbean
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- PMI or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM
- Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and manage remote delivery
- Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices is an advantage
