Keo Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Analyst to join our Mexico City-based legal team. You will provide specialized legal support focused on contracts, corporate governance, procurement, and regulatory matters for our SOFOM entity.
You will work closely with the Legal Manager - Mexico to drive compliance and mitigate risks. The role requires 4–6 years of experience, advanced Spanish and English, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as LGOAAC, CONDUSEF, CNBV.
