IT Trainee Company: Valeo Sistemas Eléctricos SA de CV Job Summary The IT Trainee will provide essential support to our Information Technology department, learning and assisting with various IT operations to ensure the smooth functioning of our systems and infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Assist senior IT staff with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users, troubleshooting common IT issues (e.g., password resets, network connectivity, application errors).




- Help manage and organize IT inventory, including tracking assets and performing routine audits.
- Participate in the deployment and imaging of new computers and mobile devices.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and system configurations.
- Assist with network monitoring and basic server administration tasks.
- Support data backup and recovery processes as instructed.
- Learn and adhere to IT security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and contribute to solutions.
