**Chief Financial Officer (CFO).**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Proven experience in the **agribusiness sector**.
- Business English.
- Experience in ERP implementation (preferably Odoo).
- Strong knowledge of **US GAAP** and Mexican tax regulations.
- Expertise in costing, financial planning, and reporting to top management.
We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong financial vision, analytical skills, and solid experience in productive, agribusiness, and export-oriented environments. The right person is proactive, results-driven, with effective communication skills and leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure budget compliance and profitability targets.
- Optimize cash flow and operational efficiency.
- Minimize accounting and tax deviations/errors.
- Guarantee timely and high-quality financial closings.
- Successfully implement processes and ERP systems.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, costing,



administration, HR, payroll, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with national and international fiscal and regulatory frameworks.
- Present financial information to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Manage cash flow, investments, credit lines, and banking relationships.
- Lead the financial, accounting, tax, and administrative strategy of the group companies, ensuring sustainable growth, transparency, and cost control.
**We Offer**:
**Salary**: $100,000 MXN net per month.
Major Medical Insurance.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Location: Paseos del Sol, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
Occasional travel availability required.
